I started Bellofatto Brews with a straightforward goal: find the best coffee and tea, and make it easier for people to access. We don't roast. We curate. Leah and I pick every coffee and tea on the menu, and our partner roasters roast every coffee order and ship it the same day.
I grew up in Appalachia, Kentucky after being born in Maryland, with family roots that trace back to Ellis Island in the late 1800s. That heritage of showing up and doing things the right way runs through everything we do.
And then there's Basil, our Chocolate Lab and Head of Quality Assurance. Her actual duties: greeting every delivery at the front door and supervising from the couch.
