To ensure you receive the freshest roast possible, shipping times vary by location. On average, domestic orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

Because freshness matters. Bellofatto Brews curates and sources coffee from established roasters who ship directly to you. This helps your order avoid unnecessary warehouse time and supports a fresher cup at home.

Our roaster partners may use their own shipping labels to keep fulfillment efficient and costs reasonable. The product inside is still the item you ordered from Bellofatto Brews. The label is simply part of the fulfillment process.

Tracking information is emailed automatically once your order ships. If you have not received tracking after several business days, email Admin@BellofattoBrews.com with your order number and we will look into it.

We currently focus on domestic shipping. If you are outside the United States and want to order, email us at Admin@BellofattoBrews.com so we know there is demand.

Since our fresh-roasted coffee and organic teas are perishable, we cannot accept physical returns. However, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If there is an issue, email us within 14 days of delivery at Admin@BellofattoBrews.com with a photo and description of the issue.

For daily use, our original packaging works perfectly. For long-term freshness, we suggest an airtight coffee canister or tea tin stored in a cool, dark place to preserve the rich, specialty flavors. Avoid light, heat, moisture, and strong odors.

Espresso usually needs a fine grind, moka pot needs medium-fine, pour-over and drip usually need medium, French press needs coarse, and cold brew needs extra coarse. For a more exact recommendation, use our Brew Lab.

Mushroom coffee blends specialty coffee with functional mushroom extracts like lion's mane, chaga, or reishi. It does not taste like mushrooms. It tastes like smooth coffee with a cleaner energy feel and less of the harsh edge some people associate with regular coffee.

A good starting point is 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per 8 ounces of water. Herbal teas usually use boiling water. Black teas typically brew around 200 to 212 degrees Fahrenheit. Green and white teas usually prefer cooler water around 160 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.

Herbal teas are typically caffeine-free. Matcha, hojicha, Earl Grey, black tea, green tea, and many traditional tea blends may contain caffeine. Check each product page for details.
