Ours is roasted to order by our partner roasters and shipped the same day it roasts, so what you brew this week was in the roaster days ago. We are a small family company here in Louisville, and we would love to be the local name on your menu.

Your order goes to our partner roasters within 1 to 2 business days. Every bag is roasted to order and ships the same day it is roasted. No warehouse stock, no bags that sat in a distribution center losing their best weeks.

Casa, our Italian Roast, for espresso and drip. Notte, a decaf that actually tastes like coffee. Freddo, ground coarse for cold brew. A flavored line for seasonal drinks. Mushroom coffees and organic teas when your menu wants something different.

Start with one, add the other whenever you like. Some cafes do both.
Beans for brewing
The full Bellofatto lineup in 12 oz bags, whole bean or ground for your setup. House blends and single origins for the bar, decaf that holds up in the cup, and cold brew ground the way cold brew needs. Roasted to order, so your roast dates stay in days, not months.
Retail bags for the shelf
The same coffees in 12 oz retail bags for the shelf by the register. Your customers already trust your taste. Retail bags let them take the coffee home, and let your cafe earn on more than the cup.
A family business, not a supply contract
Bellofatto Brews is run by Brandon and Leah here in Louisville, with quality control handled by Basil, our chocolate lab and Head of QA. When something is not right, our refund policy is a flat 14 days after delivery, no fine print and no ticket queue.

How does wholesale pricing work?
It depends on your volume, so we set it with you directly rather than posting one number for every cafe. Write to us at the address below and Brandon will put together pricing for your cafe and answer anything about roast dates, grind, and delivery timing.
How fresh is it, really?

Can we start small?
Yes. Start with beans for brewing, retail bags for the shelf, or a little of both, and adjust as you see what your customers reach for. Adding a coffee or changing a grind is just an email.
Do you have decaf, cold brew, and tea?
Yes to all three. Notte is our Peru decaf, Freddo is ground coarse for cold brew, and the tea lineup includes Rosso hibiscus berry and MinTEA Moroccan mint, along with the rest of our organic teas.
