Four steps, start to finish. Most groups run their campaign in two to three weeks.

Apply as a group organizer
Fill out the form below. Tell us about your group, your goal, and when you want to run. We approve most groups within one business day.

Run your campaign
You collect orders and payment directly from your supporters. $20 per bag, any of our four fundraiser SKUs. All supporter payments must be electronic (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or credit card to your group). No cash.

Send us the tally. We invoice you.
At the end of your campaign, you send us the totals by SKU. We create a Shopify invoice and email you the link. You pay the full bulk total by credit card or ACH. Payment clears, your order goes in the queue.

Bulk ships. You distribute. We send you your cut.
One shipment arrives at your door with every bag your group sold. You hand them out at practice or pickup. Within 7 business days, we refund $5 per bag back to the card or account you paid with.
